Redesigning the space, renewing life. The new assisted living facility is the result of a complete renovation, designed to meet the needs of elderly residents by creating a welcoming and safe environment.

Renovation Works

Seismic improvement of the building through the creation of seismic joints and the installation of external steel exoskeletons
Compliance of the building with current safety and accessibility regulations for the elderly
Demolition and reconstruction of parts of the building to create functional and modern spaces
Refurbishment of façades and roofs to enhance energy efficiency and building aesthetics
Installation of new electrical, plumbing, and heating systems to ensure safety and comfort for residents
