Description

This farmhouse located on a hill between Ginestra Fiorentina and Lastra a Signa is undergoing a major renovation phase aimed at creating a refined residence nestled in the Tuscan hills. Work in progress includes:

Restoration of masonry structures and roofing to preserve the historic integrity of the building
Renovation of electrical, plumbing and heating systems to ensure the safety and comfort of guests
Creation of elegant and functional interior spaces with high-quality materials and exclusive design
Creation of green and scenic outdoor spaces to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature
