Description
Accurate Level 4 safety inspection of the Ponte San Clemente according to ministerial guidelines. The activity was carried out in three phases: in the first phase, a historical-critical analysis and contextualization of the structure were conducted, structural and geological investigation specifications were drafted, and a survey of the structure was performed using laser scanner instruments and UAVs. In the second phase, after obtaining the results of the properly supervised investigations, the calculation of the existing structure was carried out using FEM software, and specific static load tests and dynamic tests were prepared to calibrate the calculation model. In the third phase, following the load tests conducted, the final report was drafted, highlighting the deficiencies of the structure, the final transitability certificate of the work was issued, and targeted reinforcement interventions were proposed.
